Telangana man thrashed by mob for RAPING Class 2 GIRL.

NIZAMABAD,

A case was registered against people, who had beaten an old man, accused of RAPING a class 2 GIRL.The 54-year-old man was reportedly beaten to death by villagers in Donkeshwar, for allegedly RAPING the GIRL. According to reports, the accused was thrashed and tied to a tree where stones and sticks were hurled at him, till he collapsed in a pool of blood. A case has been registered on Sunday, under section 302 IPC against persons, who beat the man to death. Another case is registered under section 376 PIC on the deceased. Further investigation is underway.

Why are people forced to take law in their hands? Have they lost trust in the judiciary or are they unhappy with the present laws?

Teacher in Sambhal arrested for SEXUALLY MOLESTING student in school.

UTTAR-PRADESH, A case of SEXUAL MOLESTATION of an 11- year old by a primary school teacher in Sambhal has emerged.The incident took place in Thana Rajpura area of Sambhal district. It is alleged that the student of class 4 was called by the accused teacher Kailash Chandra, in the pretext of feeding sweets in his office. He then began touching her inappropriately. The little GIRL started yelling because of which the teacher had to let go of her.The GIRL went home and narrated the entire incident to her parents.
