Chandigarh school teacher, lab attendant MOLEST 3 GIRL students, booked.

In a shocking incident, Chandigarh Police has booked a government school teacher and a lab attendant on charges of MOLESTING three minor school GIRLS. The accused school teacher has been identified as Bimal Kumar was the class teacher of the victims while the co-accused Gurmej Singh works as a workshop attendant. The police has, however, refused to give details about the name of the school and the police station where the case has been registered."The case is highly sensitive and related to the minor GIRLS. We have registered a case against the accused (teacher and attendant) under Section 354 A of IPC and under relevant sections of POSCO Act," SSP Chandigarh Jagdale Nilambari Vijay said. Sources told that the first complaint against the teacher was made by one of the victims in the month of December 2017. Secretary education had immediately asked the institution concerned to order an internal probe which resulted in a testimony of three victims who told the probe team members that the accused teacher was a habitual offender and had MOLESTED as much as three 11th standard students.The secretary education on the recommendations of probe findings ordered registration of an FIR against the two employees who have not been arrested so far. Sources said one of the victims had told the probe team members that the accused lab attendant used to ask them to "fulfil Bimal Kumar's demand in case they wanted to pass the exam".Sources further said three of the victims had told the probe panel members that they were MOLESTED in the school store room. One of the victims was allegedly MOLESTED on February 20. She was allegedly asked by the accused class teacher to search some papers inside an almirah.One of the victims was also allegedly threatened by Bimal Kumar of dire consequences and a threat to fail her in his subject.

Shame on these kind of teachers. Why did the school authorities not take action against them to protect the students?

Teacher in Sambhal arrested for SEXUALLY MOLESTING student in school.

UTTAR-PRADESH, A case of SEXUAL MOLESTATION of an 11- year old by a primary school teacher in Sambhal has emerged.The incident took place in Thana Rajpura area of Sambhal district. It is alleged that the student of class 4 was called by the accused teacher Kailash Chandra, in the pretext of feeding sweets in his office. He then began touching her inappropriately. The little GIRL started yelling because of which the teacher had to let go of her.The GIRL went home and narrated the entire incident to her parents. The family filed a complaint against the accused teacher, who was later arrested by the police. It is need of the hour to teach minor GIRLS about good touch and bad touch.
