WOMAN passenger MOLESTED again in Delhi by Uber driver, accused arrested.

A 25-year-old Uber cab driver was arrested for allegedly ABDUCTING and MOLESTING a WOMAN passenger in Delhi. According to reports, when the WOMAN got into the cab around 7 pm, she noticed that the vehicle did not have a yellow number plate. "She still took the car," the DCP said. The victim has also told the police that she found the driver's behavior suspicious since the beginning of the ride."The driver called someone and spoke about meeting somewhere and drinking together. The WOMAN immediately checked the driver's details on the Uber app and found that he was not the registered driver," the DCP explained. The victim panicked when the driver took an isolated route, which is different from the one she usually takes while returning home. When the driver slowed down the car at a traffic junction near Mukarba Chowk, the victim tried to jump out the cab. However, the driver immediately activated the central locking system of the vehicle. She, however, managed to unlock the door and jump out when the cab slowed down again near a CNG pump in Jahangirpuri. After which she approached the Mahender Park Police Station and filed a complaint regarding the same.The police arrested the intoxicated driver from a Haryana village and also recovered his car."The accused driver has been identified as Sanjeev alias Sanju. He was driving the cab despite not being registered with Uber," deputy commissioner of police (north-west) Aslam Khan told the Hindustan Times.

The alertness and awareness of the WOMAN  avert the tragedy in her life. But how many WOMEN are equipped enough to do so? WOMEN find it safer to travel by hiring the cabs in case of emergency but if such kind of incidents continue to happen, the safety of women is at risk.

Teacher in Sambhal arrested for SEXUALLY MOLESTING student in school.

UTTAR-PRADESH, A case of SEXUAL MOLESTATION of an 11- year old by a primary school teacher in Sambhal has emerged.The incident took place in Thana Rajpura area of Sambhal district. It is alleged that the student of class 4 was called by the accused teacher Kailash Chandra, in the pretext of feeding sweets in his office. He then began touching her inappropriately. The little GIRL started yelling because of which the teacher had to let go of her.The GIRL went home and narrated the entire incident to her parents.
