3 RAPE cases registered in city.

There is no decline in crimes against WOMEN in the state capital, in spite of the overdrive by city police and its action against goons and habitual offenders. On Wednesday three cases of RAPE involving minors were registered at different police stations in the city. A six-year-old GIRL student of class was allegedly RAPED by her neighbor in Biulkhiria locality on the outskirts. Police said the parents of the survivor are labrourers and the accused identified as Rajesh Jatav, 20 RAPED the girl while they were out on work.The GIRL informed her mother when she returned and later the parents logded a complaint. In Gautam Nagar, a 16-year-old GIRL, student of class 10, was allegedly raped by an auto-rickshaw driver, on at least three occasions at her house in Gautam Nagar locality. The incident came to light on Tuesday after the survivor along with her family members lodged a complaint with Gautam Nagar police. Police registered a case on charges of RAPE against the accused under relevant sections of IPC and POCSO Act and detained the accused Javed Sheikh, a resident of Annu Nagar.A 17-year-old minor GIRL was RAPED by a 24-year-old man identified as Moti Chouhan, 24, in Bagh Sewania locality.

Why are the GIRLS so unsafe inspite of strict laws being formed to protect the minor GIRLS? When will this sick mentality change?

Teacher in Sambhal arrested for SEXUALLY MOLESTING student in school.

UTTAR-PRADESH, A case of SEXUAL MOLESTATION of an 11- year old by a primary school teacher in Sambhal has emerged.The incident took place in Thana Rajpura area of Sambhal district. It is alleged that the student of class 4 was called by the accused teacher Kailash Chandra, in the pretext of feeding sweets in his office. He then began touching her inappropriately. The little GIRL started yelling because of which the teacher had to let go of her.The GIRL went home and narrated the entire incident to her parents. The family filed a complaint against the accused teacher, who was later arrested by the police. It is need of the hour to teach minor GIRLS about good touch and bad touch.
