Two cases of minors being RAPED by neighbours reported.

Two cases of minors being RAPED were reported from separate corners of the Capital, the police said on Wednesday. In the first case, a 12-year-old was allegedly RAPED by a 20-year-old neighbour inside her home in Badarpur.The accused, who is a labourer, was arrested from his cousin’s residence at Nawalgarh in Uttar Pradesh’s Hathras district on Tuesday.The accused lives with his family on the first floor of the building, while the GIRL and her family stay on the second floor, the police said.“The victim was alone at home when the accused barged into the house and RAPED her .The incident happened nearly two weeks back. Besides threatening her with dire consequences, he told her that revealing the incident would give her family a bad name,” said a police officer.The victim is a Class VII student at a government school and her parents work at garment manufacturing units. The GIRL’S parents were at work when the incident happened.“The incident came to light on Monday evening, after her parents approached the police. The mother told the police that the GIRL had complained of pain in the genitals,” the officer said.The police said the accused was aware that the victim was alone at home and her parents away at work on the day of the incident.They added that he barged into the house on the pretext of some work and RAPED her.“The parents told the police that she initially refused to talk to them when they returned home. Besides that, they also noticed a change in her body language and nature. She later broke down and told her parents about the RAPE,” an officer said. A first information report under relevant Sections of IPC and POCSO Act has been registered at Badarpur police station.The victim’s medical examination has confirmed SEXUAL ASSAULT, said a senior police officer.The second case was reported from Ranhaula, where a 17-year-old was allegedly RAPED by a neighbour. The 20-year-old accused, who lives in Nawada, was arrested from his residence on Monday. The victim, a student of Class XII, alleged that the accused was an acquaintance. She claimed he called her for a meeting and forced himself on her. The teenager alleged that the accused filmed the RAPE on camera.The GIRL and her parents approached the police, and reported the matter.

It is strange and shocking that neighbours are taking advantage of the young GIRLS whose parents are working. But other nieighbours also don't bother to protect these GIRLS and remain alert. Either we have become insensitive or have become self-centred that we have stopped becoming responsible persons? Everyone is busy in his or her own life unmindful of what is happening even next door.

Teacher in Sambhal arrested for SEXUALLY MOLESTING student in school.

UTTAR-PRADESH, A case of SEXUAL MOLESTATION of an 11- year old by a primary school teacher in Sambhal has emerged.The incident took place in Thana Rajpura area of Sambhal district. It is alleged that the student of class 4 was called by the accused teacher Kailash Chandra, in the pretext of feeding sweets in his office. He then began touching her inappropriately. The little GIRL started yelling because of which the teacher had to let go of her.The GIRL went home and narrated the entire incident to her parents.
