Teen RAPED while watching Padmaavat at theatre, accused arrested.

A 19-year-old GIRL was allegedly RAPED when she went to watch Padmaavat at a cinema hall in Hyderabad last week. The accused was arrested.p The police are also considering taking action against the theatre's management."We will initiate legal action against the theatre management for negligence," the Times of India quoted an inspector.The teen told police that she had met the 23-year-old accused, identified as Kandakatla Bikshapathi, two months ago via Facebook. Kandakatla is employed as an earth mover driver and hails from Telangana's Jangaon district. In January, Bikshapathi called the teen to Swathi Hotel near Secunderabad railway station and from there, they went to his sister's house in Jagathgirigutta, TOI reported. He then took the teenager to a park from where they decided to go and watch Padmaavat at Prashant theatre in Secunderabad. "While the movie was in progress, he RAPED the victim as nearby seats were empty," the inspector added. On the basis of the GIRL'S complaint, a case was registered under section 376 of Indian Penal Code (IPC). The accused has been placed under judicial custody and the police are further investigating the matter.The WOMAN had injuries on her private parts, police said. Bhikshapati, a construction worker, was arrested after 10 days on the run. "We will initiate legal action against the theatre management for negligence," Mattaiah added.

It is another shocking incident of RAPE at a public place. The RAPISTS have become fearless and the society it seems has got used to these reports of RAPE of GIRLS, babies and WOMEN. The victim in this case will be blamed by many for going out with a boy. But who will teach the boys to respect the dignity of a GIRL?

Teacher in Sambhal arrested for SEXUALLY MOLESTING student in school.

UTTAR-PRADESH, A case of SEXUAL MOLESTATION of an 11- year old by a primary school teacher in Sambhal has emerged.The incident took place in Thana Rajpura area of Sambhal district. It is alleged that the student of class 4 was called by the accused teacher Kailash Chandra, in the pretext of feeding sweets in his office. He then began touching her inappropriately.
