Shocking ! Husband allows younger brother for RAPING his sister-in-law. A fast-track court here sentenced a man to seven years’ imprisonment for RAPING his sister-in-law in Uttar Pradesh’s Muzaffarnagar district. Judge Ombir Singh also sentenced the WOMAN’S husband, Devender, to five-year imprisonment for torture over dowry.Younger brother after getting permission from elder RAPED sister-in-law.The judge imposed a fine of Rs 19,000 each on Devender and his brother Deepak, according to prosecution lawyer Sitaram Arye.The case dates back to 2015.

It took three years in fast track courts to get justice for a RAPE survivor. What about other courts?

Her family came to attend a wedding in February before the lockdown. That’s where this incident happen. The guy came and took her from her mother’s lap in order to play with her.  2 hours later when they decided to go hone, They started looking for her and the cousin but both were no where to be found.
