Ranchi court gives death for minor's RAPE, murder.

RANCHI,

A Ranchi court on Monday awarded death sentence to a person convicted for the RAPE and murder of an eight-year-old GIRL in 2014, a lawyer said.The court of Shivapal Singh pronounced the quantum of sentence on Monday on Gandhi Oraon, who was convicted for the crime on January 31. Oraon, a bus driver's assistant, RAPED the minor at the Khadgara bus stand on March 21, 2014 after luring her away by promising her a chocolate. As the GIRL kept crying after the RAPE, he crushed her head with a big stone. The body was found the next day.The GIRL'S father lodged an FIR against Oraon, who was arrested while he was trying to flee to West Bengal. The accused has been in jail since 2014.

The court gave the verdict after three years. Why can't we have fast track courts to decide these cases? Was is justice delayed so much?

Teacher in Sambhal arrested for SEXUALLY MOLESTING student in school.

UTTAR-PRADESH, A case of SEXUAL MOLESTATION of an 11- year old by a primary school teacher in Sambhal has emerged.The incident took place in Thana Rajpura area of Sambhal district. It is alleged that the student of class 4 was called by the accused teacher Kailash Chandra, in the pretext of feeding sweets in his office. He then began touching her inappropriately. The little GIRL started yelling because of which the teacher had to let go of her.The GIRL went home and narrated the entire incident to her parents.
