Mumbai Crime: Man booked for RAPING 17-year-old GIRL, secretly filming act.

MUMBAI,

On Tuesday, police booked a 25-year-old man for repeatedly RAPING a 17-year-old GIRL and secretly filming while she was having bath. The 17-year-old girl is apparently his neighbour and a college student. According to a report in Indian Express, two months back the accused had filmed the 17-year-old when she was having a bath at her home. And later, the accused showed the clip to the GIRL and started blackmailing the girl. After that, the accused threatened her that he will send the video clip to her family and upload it on social media. And since then, the man had been blackmailing the victim to engage in SEXUAL relations with him. But when the GIRL discovered that she was pregnant, she informed her family about the neighbour’s blackmailing and they approached the police.The Virar police station has booked the man on RAPE and criminal intimidation charges under the IPC, and under Information Technology Act and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. The 25-year-old man who works in a private firm is currently absconding.

Teacher in Sambhal arrested for SEXUALLY MOLESTING student in school.

UTTAR-PRADESH, A case of SEXUAL MOLESTATION of an 11- year old by a primary school teacher in Sambhal has emerged.The incident took place in Thana Rajpura area of Sambhal district. It is alleged that the student of class 4 was called by the accused teacher Kailash Chandra, in the pretext of feeding sweets in his office. He then began touching her inappropriately.
