Minor GANG-RAPED by friend, 2 others.

A 16-year-old GIRL alleged that she was GANG-RAPED by her male friend and two of his aides in northeast Delhi's Jyoti Nagar area on Tuesday. The police have arrested the friend and one of his associates, while the other is on the run. The victim, accompanied by her mother, approached the police and made a written complaint against her friend, alleging that on the pretext of an outing, he took her to a secluded place and RAPED her.The police said that the GIRL also mentioned in her complaint that two other men present on the spot, who were known to her friend, also forced themselves upon her.The GIRL was also threatened of dire consequences if she revealed the crime to her family, she claimed. According to the Newspaper,The GIRL was then taken for a medical examination that confirmed SEXUAL ASSAULT and a case of GANG-RAPE and under the POCSO Act was registered. DCP Ajit Singla said that a police team acted on the complaint and the accused with one of his two aides was arrested on Wednesday. Further investigation is underway, he said.

How can we call the boy a friend of a GIRL if he couldn't respect her and protect her?

Teacher in Sambhal arrested for SEXUALLY MOLESTING student in school.

UTTAR-PRADESH, A case of SEXUAL MOLESTATION of an 11- year old by a primary school teacher in Sambhal has emerged.The incident took place in Thana Rajpura area of Sambhal district. It is alleged that the student of class 4 was called by the accused teacher Kailash Chandra, in the pretext of feeding sweets in his office. He then began touching her inappropriately.
