Father among four given life in jail for SEXUALLY ABUSING GIRL.

MUMBAI,

Four people, including the father of a 10-year-old GIRL, were today sentenced by a court here to life imprisonment for SEXUALLY ABUSING her for nearly a year. The 57-year-old man, a daily wager, SEXUALLY ABUSED his daughter in 2015. Also, the child was SEXUALLY exploited by three neighbours at Irugur on the city outskirts, the prosecution said. The GIRL, a Class 4 student, informed her class teacher, who in-turn complained to the Child Helpline and all-women police station. Cases were registered under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO Act) and the father, and three others -- Premkumar (19), Ravikumar (27) and Balakrishnan (33) were arrested. Mahila court judge S Alli sentenced the accused to life in prison and also imposed a fine of Rs 5,000 each on them.

The death sentence in such cases is less. These men should be given more severe punishment who don't even spare their own daughter. These RAPISTS need to be taught in a tough way. Do you agree?

Teacher in Sambhal arrested for SEXUALLY MOLESTING student in school.

UTTAR-PRADESH, A case of SEXUAL MOLESTATION of an 11- year old by a primary school teacher in Sambhal has emerged.The incident took place in Thana Rajpura area of Sambhal district. It is alleged that the student of class 4 was called by the accused teacher Kailash Chandra, in the pretext of feeding sweets in his office. He then began touching her inappropriately. The little GIRL started yelling because of which the teacher had to let go of her.The GIRL went home and narrated the entire incident to her parents.
