Are Girls Safe? Student alleges school teacher of inappropriate touching.

JAIPUR,

Police on Saturday arrested a school teacher for allegedly misbehaving and touching a class IX GIRL student inappropriately inside the classroom of the educational institution in Jajpur district. The teacher, identified as Sanjaya Kumar Tripathy of Barapada government upgraded school, was arrested for allegedly touching the private parts of the 14-year-old student in the school reportedly on January 27, the police said.The incident came to the fore after the victim’s family filed an FIR with the local police on Thursday. As per the complaint, Tripathy asked the GIRL to lock the rooms in the school building after classes were over. When she was doing so he misbehaved with her by touching her body inappropriately, said Rakesh Kumar Tripathy, Inspector In-Charge (IIC) of Balichandrapur police station.The GIRL narrated the incident to her mother after reaching home following which her mother approached the head master of the school on Monday. The head master sought two days to resolve the issue but in vain, police said. The mother of the victim later lodged a complaint with police on Thursday. On the basis of the complaint, the accused teacher was booked under relevant sections of the Nirbhaya Act and taken into custody, the IIC said. Preliminary investigation showed the teacher misbehaved with the minor GIRL student, the Inspector said adding further probe is on.

The GIRLS are not safe anywhere. Even the schools which are temples of learning are becoming places for criminal activities. Who else will protect them when the relatives and teachers turn out to be perverted minds ready to take advantage of these GIRLS to satisfy their lust?

Teacher in Sambhal arrested for SEXUALLY MOLESTING student in school.

UTTAR-PRADESH, A case of SEXUAL MOLESTATION of an 11- year old by a primary school teacher in Sambhal has emerged.The incident took place in Thana Rajpura area of Sambhal district. It is alleged that the student of class 4 was called by the accused teacher Kailash Chandra, in the pretext of feeding sweets in his office. He then began touching her inappropriately. The little GIRL started yelling because of which the teacher had to let go of her.The GIRL went home and narrated the entire incident to her parents.
