70-year-old man RAPES MINOR in Jhansi.

A 70-year-old man was arrested for RAPING a five-year-old GIRL in Maharajganj village under limits of Pooch police station in Jhansi on Friday. As per police reports, the accused was identified as Sadhuram and he RAPED the GIRL after managing to lure the minor on the pretext of playing in the fields. Later, the GIRL'S parents found out that she was bleeding from her private parts and they approached the police.On being arrested, the accused denied RAPING the minor and said that the GIRL had slipped in the fields and had ended up hurting herself.The GIRL belonged to the Scheduled Caste community. A FIR has been lodged in the Pooch police station against Sadhuram under section 376 IPC, section 3/4 of the POCSO Act and section 325 of the SC/ST Act.Circle Officer ( Poonch ) Asha Pal Singh, said, "We are waiting for the reports of the GIRL'S medical examination for further investigation. In the meantime, we have lodged an FIR against the accused and have arrested him."

What to do when the RAPIST is a grandfatherly figure? Why should they be allowed to roam freely in the society?

Teacher in Sambhal arrested for SEXUALLY MOLESTING student in school.

UTTAR-PRADESH, A case of SEXUAL MOLESTATION of an 11- year old by a primary school teacher in Sambhal has emerged.The incident took place in Thana Rajpura area of Sambhal district. It is alleged that the student of class 4 was called by the accused teacher Kailash Chandra, in the pretext of feeding sweets in his office. He then began touching her inappropriately. The little GIRL started yelling because of which the teacher had to let go of her.The GIRL went home and narrated the entire incident to her parents.
