3.5-year old girl allegedly RAPED, accused arrested.

KANGRA,

A three and a half-year-old minor GIRL was allegedly RAPED here on Monday.The incident came to light after a complaint was registered with the Haripur police station here. Soon after, the police arrested the 25-year old accused, Banti, who was known to the victim's family. After a medical examination, the minor GIRL was referred to Tanda Medical College for further internal examination. Meanwhile, a case has been filed against the accused under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and Sections 4 and 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO Act) 2012.The accused is expected to be produced before the court on Tuesday.

The baby was not wearing a revealing dress. She had not even invited him home to spend time with her.Then why was she RAPED? Because a RAPIST will RAPE whatever the reason be.

Teacher in Sambhal arrested for SEXUALLY MOLESTING student in school.

UTTAR-PRADESH, A case of SEXUAL MOLESTATION of an 11- year old by a primary school teacher in Sambhal has emerged.The incident took place in Thana Rajpura area of Sambhal district. It is alleged that the student of class 4 was called by the accused teacher Kailash Chandra, in the pretext of feeding sweets in his office. He then began touching her inappropriately. The little GIRL started yelling because of which the teacher had to let go of her.The GIRL went home and narrated the entire incident to her parents.
