10-yr-old GIRL SEXUAL ASSAULT in Punjab.

A 10-year-old GIRL was allegedly RAPED by her 17-year-old neighbour at Ramnagar village here, a police officer said today.The incident occurred on Friday when the GIRL was alone at her home, Muktsar SHO (Malout) Paramjit Singh said.The accused was arrested and was sent to juvenile home, Singh said. A case under relevant sections, including section 376 (rape) of the IPC and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO Act) 2012 was registered against the accused, he said. “We acted swiftly and apprehended six of the accused last night, while efforts are on to nab the remaining three,” the officer said. He said the videos of the victim made by one of the accused were yet to be recovered.

These incidents of RAPE of minor GIRLS by the neighbours raise an important question. Should parents of the daughter stop trusting their neighbours? Should mothers stay with their daughters all the time? Then also what is the gurantee that both of them will be safe?

Teacher in Sambhal arrested for SEXUALLY MOLESTING student in school.

UTTAR-PRADESH, A case of SEXUAL MOLESTATION of an 11- year old by a primary school teacher in Sambhal has emerged.The incident took place in Thana Rajpura area of Sambhal district. It is alleged that the student of class 4 was called by the accused teacher Kailash Chandra, in the pretext of feeding sweets in his office. He then began touching her inappropriately. The little GIRL started yelling because of which the teacher had to let go of her.The GIRL went home and narrated the entire incident to her parents.
