WOMAN alleges RAPE by BJD member inside party office in Jajpur

JAIPUR,
In a shocking allegation, a WOMAN today charged a BJD member of RAPING her inside the party office situated in Dasarathpur of Jajpur district. A complaint regarding this was lodged by the WOMAN at Mangalpur police station. As per the complaint, BJD member, identified as Chandrakant Mohapatra, had asked the WOMAN to come to the party office on Saturday night on pretext of sanctioning a house under Biju Pucca Ghar Yojana. However, Mohapatra started misbehaving with her after she reached the BJD office and subsequently RAPED her. Meanwhile, police have conducted the medical examination of the complainant and recorded her statement under Section 164, CrPC.

The complaint of WOMAN has been recorded but will a case of RAPE be prepared against the politician? How many threats and warnings will the WOMAN get? Will she be able to prove that she was a RAPE victim?

Teacher in Sambhal arrested for SEXUALLY MOLESTING student in school.

UTTAR-PRADESH, A case of SEXUAL MOLESTATION of an 11- year old by a primary school teacher in Sambhal has emerged.The incident took place in Thana Rajpura area of Sambhal district. It is alleged that the student of class 4 was called by the accused teacher Kailash Chandra, in the pretext of feeding sweets in his office. He then began touching her inappropriately.
