Minor GIRL GANG-RAPED in Paradip.

A 14-year-old GIRL was allegedly GANG-RAPED by two youths of Pitambarpur in Jagatsinghpur district, police said. Though the incident had occurred on January 17, the matter came to light after the victim’s family lodged a complaint with Paradip Lock police station on Saturday night. According to reports, two youths –Badal Samantray and Mitu Nayak allegedly GANG-RAPED the minor when she had gone to nearby agricultural field to attend nature’s call at around 8:30 pm. The duo had allegedly threatened to kill the victim if she would disclose the matter. Police said, the GIRL had informed the parents about the incident the next day and they had also reported the matter to the sarpanch. Though a meeting was convened in the village, the two youths subsequently went absconding.

Why was the case not registered with the police? Will the sarpanch be able to provide justice to the RAPE victim?

Teacher in Sambhal arrested for SEXUALLY MOLESTING student in school.

UTTAR-PRADESH, A case of SEXUAL MOLESTATION of an 11- year old by a primary school teacher in Sambhal has emerged.The incident took place in Thana Rajpura area of Sambhal district. It is alleged that the student of class 4 was called by the accused teacher Kailash Chandra, in the pretext of feeding sweets in his office. He then began touching her inappropriately.
