Mentally-ill WOMAN RAPED by her uncle.

BANGALURU,

A 20 year old mentally disabled WOMAN was allegedly RAPED by her uncle for over eight months in Hosakote police station limits.The incident came to light when the victim started complaining about stomach pain and her parents took her to a hospital. The doctors revealed that she has been repeatedly RAPED and was eight months pregnant.Though the case was registered on January 14, the incident came to light now. The uncle took advantage of her disability and used to RAPE her while her parents were away at work.The accused has been identified as Ejaj Pasha, 45, a resident of Nidaghatta in Hosakote. According to the police, Pasha is her mother’s younger brother who stayed next door. He took advantage of her disability and used to RAPE her while her parents were away at work. The Hosakote police have registered a case and arrested the accused.

In most of the RAPE cases it is seen that close relatives are involved. How could the mother of the victim doubt her own brother? How could the uncle be so inhuman to take advantage of his mentality disabled niece?

Teacher in Sambhal arrested for SEXUALLY MOLESTING student in school.

UTTAR-PRADESH, A case of SEXUAL MOLESTATION of an 11- year old by a primary school teacher in Sambhal has emerged.The incident took place in Thana Rajpura area of Sambhal district. It is alleged that the student of class 4 was called by the accused teacher Kailash Chandra, in the pretext of feeding sweets in his office. He then began touching her inappropriately.
