Man sent to seven years in jail on RAPE charge.

UTTAR-PRADESH,

The II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Sarvodaya Shettigar, on Monday sentenced a 47-year-old man to seven years imprisonment and imposed a fine of ₹ 30,000 on finding him guilty of RAPING his 17-year-old daughter.The Bajpe police arrested the 47-year-old man following a complaint from his daughter in 2014. In the charge-sheet, the police said that the man was staying with his daughter and his sister-in-law following the death of his wife. When his sister-in-law went to work, the man SEXUALLY ASSAULTED his daughter. The harassed daughter approached the Childline for help. She then filed a complaint accusing her father of SEXUALLY ASSAULTING her several times.The judge, after hearing 16 witnesses, convicted the man for the offence of SEXUALLY ASSAULTING a minor under Section 4 the Protection of Children from SEXUAL Offences (POCSO) Act and Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code.Out of the fine amount of ₹ 30,000, the judge directed that the convicted man pay ₹ 20,000 as compensation to his daughter.

The daughter had to fight a battle for justice for four years. What will we this father who didn't spare his own daughter?

Teacher in Sambhal arrested for SEXUALLY MOLESTING student in school.

UTTAR-PRADESH, A case of SEXUAL MOLESTATION of an 11- year old by a primary school teacher in Sambhal has emerged.The incident took place in Thana Rajpura area of Sambhal district. It is alleged that the student of class 4 was called by the accused teacher Kailash Chandra, in the pretext of feeding sweets in his office. He then began touching her inappropriately. The little GIRL started yelling because of which the teacher had to let go of her.The GIRL went home and narrated the entire incident to her parents.
