Karate instructor arrested for RAPING minor student.

MUMBAI,

Police have arrested a 34-year-old karate instructor for allegedly RAPING a minor student, an official said today.The instructor used to take karate training classes at his residence in Kalyan township of the district, the official at the Thane district rural police control room said.On December 24, the teacher asked the 11-year-old girl to lie down on a mat on the pretext of imparting training to her.He then allegedly touched her inappropriately and SEXUALLY ASSAULTED her, he said. Initially, the GIRL did not reveal about the incident to anyone out of fear but later informed her mother, who lodged a complaint with the police late last night, the official said.The Kalyan taluka police arrested the accused in the early hours today and booked him under IPC section 376 (rape) and relevant provisions of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, he added.

Should we tell GIRLS to protect themselves, or should we educate people to behave their best? The GIRLS are always told to learn self defence techniques to protect themselves but what shall a GIRL do when the person who is supposed to teach her turns out to be a RAPIST himself?

Teacher in Sambhal arrested for SEXUALLY MOLESTING student in school.

UTTAR-PRADESH, A case of SEXUAL MOLESTATION of an 11- year old by a primary school teacher in Sambhal has emerged.The incident took place in Thana Rajpura area of Sambhal district. It is alleged that the student of class 4 was called by the accused teacher Kailash Chandra, in the pretext of feeding sweets in his office. He then began touching her inappropriately. The little GIRL started yelling because of which the teacher had to let go of her.The GIRL went home and narrated the entire incident to her parents.
