Delhi man held for RAPING, assaulting business partner’s wife.

NEW DELHI,

A 34-year-old WOMAN was allegedly RAPED and ASSAULTED by her husband’s business partner, who has been arrested, in northwest Delhi’s Mukherjee Nagar, police said today.The WOMAN’S husband has been staying in the US for the the last two years owing to his business commitments, they added.The WOMAN told police that the accused would often come to her home. On Tuesday evening, he came to her house in an inebriated state and tried to force himself on her. When she resisted, he thrashed her with a stick, the police said.The accused then RAPED her and again thrashed her with a stick and threatened her against informing about the incident to anyone, a police official said.The WOMAN informed the police and was taken to a hospital where she is undergoing treatment, the official said.The accused has been arrested, he added.

Whom to trust? A man who comes to your house as a friend can also do such kind of henious act? When will the trust in humanity be rebuilt? When will WOMEN feel safe with their own relatives and friends? The sense of safety with a stranger seems an impossible idea in the present senerio. What should a WOMAN do? Stop trusting people?

Her family came to attend a wedding in February before the lockdown. That’s where this incident happen. The guy came and took her from her mother’s lap in order to play with her.  2 hours later when they decided to go hone, They started looking for her and the cousin but both were no where to be found. After a while they found the baby lying in the wedding law in unconscious state. She was declared dead by doctor of KGMU Trauma Centre. What happened to the cousin?
