WOMAN gets 10 yrs imprisonment for helping in friend’s RAPE.

MUZAFFARNAGAR,

A fast track court here has sentenced a WOMAN to seven years imprisonment for helping a man and his wife in the RAPE of her friend 14 years ago. Judge Ashok Kumar yesterday held that Rita Kumari helped Ugar Sain and his wife in the RAPE of a 22-year-old GIRL at Titawi village in the district on June 3, 2003. Ugar Sain and his wife were convicted in 2006, the government lawyer said. Rita Kumari, a friend of the survivor, was found guilty under IPC section 210 B (criminal conspiracy). The court also imposed a fine of Rs 3,000 on her.

How can a WOMAN ruin the life of her friend? The justice came after 14 years. But just imagine the pain and anxiety of the RAPE survivor who has to wait for so long. People like Rita Kumari are a blot on the name of friendship.

We are the descendants of Great Mrtyr and Ancestors of this Great Nation want to end war we are fighting with in our society. Let's take a step towards tomorrow to make this world a better place to live in.

Her family came to attend a wedding in February before the lockdown. That’s where this incident happen. The guy came and took her from her mother’s lap in order to play with her.  2 hours later when they decided to go hone, They started looking for her and the cousin but both were no where to be found.
