MP: Person found guilty of RAPING GIRL aged 12 yrs and below to be hanged till death.

Madhya Pradesh legislative assembly passed a Bill on Monday which proposes that guilty in RAPE cases of GIRLS of the age 12 and below will be hanged till death as a punishment.The Bill was passed unanimously in the MP assembly. Now, it will be sent to the Centre. The Bill will become law after President Ram Nath Kovind gives his assent. Earlier last week, the Bill was passed by the cabinet of Madhya Pradesh CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan.The guilty will get the death penalty or a minimum term of 14-year rigorous imprisonment or life imprisonment till death for RAPING GIRLS aged 12 or less. In case of GANG-RAPE of a GIRL aged 12 years or less, the minimum punishment will be 20 years of rigorous imprisonment.The Bill also proposes punishment for disrobing, stalking or sex on the pretext of marriage. The latest NCRB report revealed that Madhya Pradesh recorded the highest number of RAPE cases in the country.On October 31, a 19-year-old civil services aspirant was GANG-RAPED by four men near Habibganj railway station in Bhopal.The Shivraj government found itself at the receiving end after this horrific GANG-RAPE incident that made national headlines.A punishment between 3 and 7 years for HARASSMENT (first offence) has been proposed in the Bill. The minimum punishment in the stalking cases will be 3 years.

A good initiative by MP legislature. Let's hope the parliament passes this bill and the law is formulated. But dear parliamentarians don't forget to tell this to your sons and relatives! Most of the time, it is seen that the law makers are the law breakers. Who will take the responsibility that these are properly implemented?

Teacher in Sambhal arrested for SEXUALLY MOLESTING student in school.

UTTAR-PRADESH, A case of SEXUAL MOLESTATION of an 11- year old by a primary school teacher in Sambhal has emerged.The incident took place in Thana Rajpura area of Sambhal district. It is alleged that the student of class 4 was called by the accused teacher Kailash Chandra, in the pretext of feeding sweets in his office. He then began touching her inappropriately. The little GIRL started yelling because of which the teacher had to let go of her.The GIRL went home and narrated the entire incident to her parents. The family filed a complaint against the accused teacher, who was later arrested by the police. It is need of the hour to teach minor GIRLS about good touch and bad touch.
