Man MOLESTED minor tribal GIRL in Thane.

A 25-year-old man allegedly MOLESTED a minor tribal GIRL in Padgha taluka of the district, police said today.On the night of December 23, the man, who worked as a security guard at a company in the vicinity, entered the thatched hut where the nine-year-old GIRL and her other family members were sleeping, an official at Padgha police station said.The man allegedly touched the GIRL inappropriately following which she raised an alarm, he said.The accused then fled the house but the neighbours caught hold of him and beat him up, the official said.The accused, yet to be arrested, was undergoing treatment at a hospital for his injuries, he said. A case was registered against him under IPC sections 354(B) (assault or use of criminal force on a woman with an intent to disrobe) and 452 (house-trespass) and relevant provisions of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, he added.

How fearless rapists have become? They can enter any ones house at night to MOLEST their innocent daughters. Is it because the laws are very weak? When a GIRL is not safe inside her own house with her own family members we can imagine how safe she will be outside among strangers?

Teacher in Sambhal arrested for SEXUALLY MOLESTING student in school.

UTTAR-PRADESH, A case of SEXUAL MOLESTATION of an 11- year old by a primary school teacher in Sambhal has emerged.The incident took place in Thana Rajpura area of Sambhal district. It is alleged that the student of class 4 was called by the accused teacher Kailash Chandra, in the pretext of feeding sweets in his office. He then began touching her inappropriately. The little GIRL started yelling because of which the teacher had to let go of her.The GIRL went home and narrated the entire incident to her parents.
