Man arrested for SEXUALLY ASSAULTING three-year-old girl.

A 22-year-old man, who is already facing trial in a case of RAPE, was arrested today for allegedly SEXUALLY assaulting a three-year-old in Kothapada village in Odisha’s Kendrapara district. Accused Rajesh Mallick confessed to the crime by stating that he committed the offence under the influence of alcohol, said Sandhyarani Beura, inspector of Rajkanika police station.Mallick is facing trial in a RAPE case that dates back to February 17, 2016, Beura said, adding, his victim was a six-year-old GIRL at that time.Recently he was out on bail, she said.The accused was produced before the court and sent to jail as his bail application was rejected, she said.The accused, who lived near victims house, lured her with sweets, took the girl to a deserted paddy field and allegedly RAPED her there, she added.The victim’s parents suspected that their child was physically ABUSED when the victim developed abdominal pain, a police officer said.The accused, who was absconding, was caught today, the officer said.

Why are these men who are accused of RAPE of minor GIRLS let to roam about freely on bail? What was the court doing for more than one year? The man RAPED another minor before he could be punished for his earlier crime. What kind of laws we have in our country?

Teacher in Sambhal arrested for SEXUALLY MOLESTING student in school.

UTTAR-PRADESH, A case of SEXUAL MOLESTATION of an 11- year old by a primary school teacher in Sambhal has emerged.The incident took place in Thana Rajpura area of Sambhal district. It is alleged that the student of class 4 was called by the accused teacher Kailash Chandra, in the pretext of feeding sweets in his office. He then began touching her inappropriately. The little GIRL started yelling because of which the teacher had to let go of her.The GIRL went home and narrated the entire incident to her parents.
