Youth gets 7-year jail for RAPING MINOR girl.

A special court trying cases relating to atrocities against women and children in Kozhikode district on Friday sentenced a man to seven years’ imprisonment and imposed a fine of ₹1 lakh for SEXUALLY ABUSING  a minor GIRL last year.K. Subhadramma, Additional District and Sessions Judge, found K.P. Manoj, 35, guilty under section 376 (rape) of the Indian Penal Code and section 34 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.If the accused fail to remit the penalty, he will have to undergo another three more years in prison. The court ordered him to give ₹50,000 as compensation to the 14-year-old victim.The accused was awarded seven years each in both the sections. However, the imprisonment term will run concurrently.The case is related to an incident occurred at Nadapuram in 2016. The accused, a contractor, SEXUALLY ABUSED the student by enticing her with sweets on a holiday.The police registered the case based on a complaint by the father of the GIRL . The court examined 15 witnesses and 12 documents during the trial.

Her family came to attend a wedding in February before the lockdown. That’s where this incident happen. The guy came and took her from her mother’s lap in order to play with her.  2 hours later when they decided to go hone, They started looking for her and the cousin but both were no where to be found. After a while they found the baby lying in the wedding law in unconscious state. She was declared dead by doctor of KGMU Trauma Centre. What happened to the cousin?
