WOMAN RAPED at knifepoint in moving train.

A woman has been allegedly RAPED at a knifepoint in a moving train in Madhya Pradesh.The accused, identified as Jeetu Malviya, RAPED the , a popcorn vendor, in the toilet of Amarkantak Express, plying between Bhopal and Itarsi, on Saturday.A complaint was filed by the victim's husband with Budni Police on Sunday, who then registered a zero FIR and transferred the matter to Habibganj Government Railway Police (GRP) station.Both the victim and the accused know each other, as Malviya is also a popcorn vendor, police said.GRP police officer B.L. Sen told ANI that the accused was booked under Section 376 (rape) and 506 (criminal intimidation) of the Indian Penal code (IPC) and efforts were on to nab him.

A WOMAN vendor who under her unfavorable conditions has to earn income by selling items in a train.Does a WOMAN have no right to earn bread for her family? Why proper safety is not provided to WOMAN even in public transport?

Teacher in Sambhal arrested for SEXUALLY MOLESTING student in school.

UTTAR-PRADESH, A case of SEXUAL MOLESTATION of an 11- year old by a primary school teacher in Sambhal has emerged.The incident took place in Thana Rajpura area of Sambhal district. It is alleged that the student of class 4 was called by the accused teacher Kailash Chandra, in the pretext of feeding sweets in his office. He then began touching her inappropriately.
