Step-father sentenced to life imprisonment for RAPING her daughter.

The Nagpur Bench of the Bombay High Court has upheld the life sentence for a stepfather who RAPED a 15-year-old stepdaughter, who has been RAPING her and refusing to give him any concession. The court also said that when the guardian becomes the culprit then he should also be punished.This is the case after the death of the mother of the 11-year-old GIRL, her full responsibility was with her stepfather. But when the GIRLwas 15 years old, the stepfather started RAPING the girl. In February 2014, when it was discovered that the GIRL was pregnant, she was studying in class 7.Being disturbed by frequent torture, the GIRL told the neighbours.The medical examination revealed that the GIRL was pregnant and after that, the Wardha Police filed a complaint against the accused father. After the incident, the victim was kept in the remand home under police custody where she gave birth to a child.The accused father had accepted his affair at the same time and the sessions court had sentenced the accused to life imprisonment after hearing the case. On Monday, hearing the appeal of the culprit father, the Bombay High Court has rejected his appeal and Justice RK Deshpande and MG Girhotkar said that "this is a very serious case, So the victim does not have anything to save himself." The court has taken a firm stand on this case and has refused to make any changes in the sentence and has kept the sentence of life imprisonment upheld.

At last after three years the victim got justice but her future still remains uncertain.Who will accept her and her child? Will the society accept the child as legitimate?Was was the fault of the innocent GIRL?

Teacher in Sambhal arrested for SEXUALLY MOLESTING student in school.

UTTAR-PRADESH, A case of SEXUAL MOLESTATION of an 11- year old by a primary school teacher in Sambhal has emerged.The incident took place in Thana Rajpura area of Sambhal district. It is alleged that the student of class 4 was called by the accused teacher Kailash Chandra, in the pretext of feeding sweets in his office. He then began touching her inappropriately. The little GIRL started yelling because of which the teacher had to let go of her.The GIRL went home and narrated the entire incident to her parents.
