Ryan murder case: Detained senior confesses to murdering Pradyuman during CBI grilling

In a major development in the sensational murder case of Pradyuman Thakur of Ryan International School, the class XI senior, a commerce student, has confessed to the crime, as per the CBI remand copy submitted to the court.The senior student's confession comes after the Juvenile Justice Board granted permission to conduct a thorough interrogation on Wednesday and sent him to a three-day CBI custody.The CBI questioned the student focussing on two major aspect, the weapon used to slit Pradyuman's throat and the motive behind the murder.Earlier, in September, soon after Pradyuman's murder, the Haryana police (HP) arrested Ashok Kumar, who is a bus conductor at Ryan school. The police stated that the bus conductor confessed to committing the murder after the minor resisted sexual assault.According to  CBI reports, the Class XI student- a prime accused in the murder of Class 2 student - had a history of bad behaviour.He used to carry a knife often inside the school campus and was seen carrying the same on the day Pradyuman Thakur was murdered.The accused is also believed to be a lover of pornographic content and had reportedly watched a clip on the day Pradyuman was murdered.The son of a rich and an influential father, the accused is violent in nature and used to kick kids and threaten them inside the school premise.The accused was seen as a big bully among the Gurugram Ryan International School students.He was reportedly weak in studies and wanted his exams and an earlier scheduled parents-teachers meeting postponed – the main motive behind the killing.The arrested student had reportedly told two of his classmates not to worry about upcoming exams as he'll do something to 'handle' it.

This case shows the poor handing of case by the Haryana police. Why was the bus driver Ashok made the scape goat? Clearly because the father of the class IX boy may have given huge amount of money to keep his son out of the picture? If we have to believe the investigations of the CBI then the actual weapon of murder was found in the commod.Why the police did not get clue of it?If the student who is the prime accused had previous record of carrying knife and kicking the kids in the school, why the school authorities had not barred him from the school? if the story is true the school authorities are solely responsible for precious life that was lost.

Teacher in Sambhal arrested for SEXUALLY MOLESTING student in school.

UTTAR-PRADESH, A case of SEXUAL MOLESTATION of an 11- year old by a primary school teacher in Sambhal has emerged.The incident took place in Thana Rajpura area of Sambhal district. It is alleged that the student of class 4 was called by the accused teacher Kailash Chandra, in the pretext of feeding sweets in his office. He then began touching her inappropriately.
