Man gets 10 years RI for kidnapping, RAPING GIRL

A court in Sarangpur town here has sentenced a man to 10 years of rigorous imprisonment (RI) for kidnapping and RAPING a GIRL in 2016.Additional Sessions Judge Ashok Kumar Sharma awarded the sentence to Mahesh Yadav yesterday. He blindfolded the victim by using her dupatta and pushed her into a car. "The accused, identified as Mahesh Yadav, had abducted the GIRL and took her to Indore and other places, where he RAPED her," District Prosecution Officer Alok Shrivastava said.The accused kidnapped the GIRL  when she was going to school on February 29 last year. Besides Indore, he also RAPED her at a number of other places.Her parents had lodged a complaint against the accused and a case was registered under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012, following which he was arrested.

It has taken almost  two years for the court to give judgement in RAPE case.Justice delayed is justice denied.Why can't we have separate courts to decide these cases of crime against girls and women?

Teacher in Sambhal arrested for SEXUALLY MOLESTING student in school.

UTTAR-PRADESH, A case of SEXUAL MOLESTATION of an 11- year old by a primary school teacher in Sambhal has emerged.The incident took place in Thana Rajpura area of Sambhal district. It is alleged that the student of class 4 was called by the accused teacher Kailash Chandra, in the pretext of feeding sweets in his office. He then began touching her inappropriately. The little GIRL started yelling because of which the teacher had to let go of her.The GIRL went home and narrated the entire incident to her parents.
