Kopardi RAPE and murder case, sessions court convicts three men.

AHMEDNAGAR,

A sessions court today convicted three men for RAPING and murdering a 15-year-old GIRL in Kopardi village in 2016. Additional Special Judge Suvarna Kevale held Jitendra Babulal Shinde, Santosh Gorakh Bhawal and Nitin Gopinath. Bhailume guilty of RAPE, murder and criminal conspiracy.The quantum of punishment is likely to be pronounced on November 22. The incident had triggered widespread protests from the Maratha community with marches being held across the state.The victim, who belonged to the Maratha community, was found murdered after being RAPED on July 13 at Kopardi village in Ahmednagar district. The accused had inflicted injuries all over her body and broken her limbs before throttling her, police said.On October 7, Ahmednagar police had filed the chargesheet running into over 350 pages before the court in which the trio was charged under IPC Sections 302 (murder), 376 (rape) and relevant sections of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.

The GIRL was raped and murdered in month of July the charge sheet was filled in October.Imagine how fast our legal system is able to provide justice and punish the culprit.Don't you think we need to look into our legal system seriously and raise our voice against the shortcomings?

Teacher in Sambhal arrested for SEXUALLY MOLESTING student in school.

UTTAR-PRADESH, A case of SEXUAL MOLESTATION of an 11- year old by a primary school teacher in Sambhal has emerged.The incident took place in Thana Rajpura area of Sambhal district. It is alleged that the student of class 4 was called by the accused teacher Kailash Chandra, in the pretext of feeding sweets in his office. He then began touching her inappropriately. The little GIRL started yelling because of which the teacher had to let go of her.The GIRL went home and narrated the entire incident to her parents.
