Great initiative by 3 WOMEN advocates of Chandigarh

CHANDIGARH,

The recent incident of GANGRAPE of a GIRL in Chandigarh has initiated 3 WOMEN advocates of the city High Court, Meenakshi Choudhary, Manider Kaur and Charanjeet Kaur, to start a SOCIETY to help the poor victims of domestic and SEXUAL violence. The three have expressed their serious concern about the increasing cases of crime against WOMEN in the city. They say if this kind of Crime is committed against the WOMEN belonging to a high official, politician or an influential person, a great hue and cry is made but even if poor's daughter is MOLESTED no one even expresses any grief.

In order to bring change and provide justice to poor WOMEN the trio have decided to form a SOCIETY.This SOCIETY will not only provide legal help to these victims free of cost but also make efforts for their rehabilitation.They further said that our society fail to provide any support to the victims of domestic and SEXUAL violence and the victims themselves become silent spectators because of loss of reputation of the family.They also felt that the major cause for this attitude is the lack of awareness about legal provisions.The SOCIETY will be responsible for providing free help to  these victims to get justice . They strongly believe that justice is not the sole right of the rich and the influential,everyone deserves it.They will also motivate other WOMEN lawyers of the tricity to join this SOCIETY.

This is indeed a great initiative by these three WOMEN advocates. We, the team of LET'S CREATE SATYGA, compliment them on their noble work and extend our full support to them.

We are the descendants of Great Mrtyr and Ancestors of this Great Nation want to end war we are fighting with in our society. Let's take a step towards tomorrow to make this world a better place to live in.

Teacher in Sambhal arrested for SEXUALLY MOLESTING student in school.

UTTAR-PRADESH, A case of SEXUAL MOLESTATION of an 11- year old by a primary school teacher in Sambhal has emerged.The incident took place in Thana Rajpura area of Sambhal district. It is alleged that the student of class 4 was called by the accused teacher Kailash Chandra, in the pretext of feeding sweets in his office. He then began touching her inappropriately. The little GIRL started yelling because of which the teacher had to let go of her.The GIRL went home and narrated the entire incident to her parents. The family filed a complaint against the accused teacher, who was later arrested by the police. It is need of the hour to teach minor GIRLS about good touch and bad touch.
