16-yr-old SEXUALLY ASSAULTED by stepfather for 3 yrs

Demanding justice for her 16-year-old daughter who had allegedly been RAPED by her stepfather over a period of three years, the distressed mother, herself a cop, has been knocking every possible door, but in vain. Adding to her woes, her erring husband, Hazara Singh, allegedly took away cash and gold jewellery from her house in the Police Lines after breaking into it a week after the registration of a case against him. The FIR was registered against Hazara on October 28 under Section 376 IPC, but he is yet to be arrested.

Sources said the victim’s mother took up the matter with senior police officers in Chandigarh recently following which a case of theft under Section 380 IPC was also slapped against the accused and his two brothers Sahib Singh and Jasvir Singh of Tarn Taran yesterday.

While narrating the incident, the maternal grandmother of the victim said her daughter was earlier married to Paramjit Singh, who was serving in the Punjab Police but died in an accident. ‘In 2008, my daughter got a job of constable on compassionate grounds. She later married Hazara Singh,’ she said. She alleged that the accused would RAPE  her granddaughter, while the latter’s mother had gone to work. ‘It all started when the victim was studying in Class VIII. Hazara used to threaten my granddaughter that he would kill her if she reported the matter to anyone,’ she alleged.

Sources said the case was also taken up with the Chief Minister by a local politician seeking justice for the family.Bhupinder Singh, SSP, Ferozepur, said an inquiry had already been marked to the DSP (Headquarters) and the matter was being thoroughly investigated. ‘I am personally looking into the case,’ the SSP said, adding that the culprits would be brought to book soon.

How can a MOTHER walk in on her husband SEXUALLY  abusing their daughter, only then to write a letter supporting him? Is the DAUGHTER  getting any kind of therapy? Does this junior high student feel safe in a home with a family that appears to have sided with her RAPIST and not her? Is the young GIRL getting blamed for the abuse?

Teacher in Sambhal arrested for SEXUALLY MOLESTING student in school.

UTTAR-PRADESH, A case of SEXUAL MOLESTATION of an 11- year old by a primary school teacher in Sambhal has emerged.The incident took place in Thana Rajpura area of Sambhal district. It is alleged that the student of class 4 was called by the accused teacher Kailash Chandra, in the pretext of feeding sweets in his office. He then began touching her inappropriately.
