Younger Uncle's Trial: Victim, Mother Record Statements

CHANDIGARH

The court of additional District and session judge recorded the statement of victim mother and constable against the younger's maternal uncle Victim retarcted from her previous statement that She was threatened by her maternal uncle not to disclose his name. During the cross examination in the court she remained firm on her statement on again and again asking the same question. She however, identified the accused in the court. The girl accepted that she was repeatedly raped by younger maternal uncle after the DNA of the baby did not matched the baby.We are the descendants of Great Mrtyr and Ancestors of this Great Nation want to end war we are fighting with in our society. Let's take a step towards tomorrow to make this world a better place to live in.

Teacher in Sambhal arrested for SEXUALLY MOLESTING student in school.

UTTAR-PRADESH, A case of SEXUAL MOLESTATION of an 11- year old by a primary school teacher in Sambhal has emerged.The incident took place in Thana Rajpura area of Sambhal district. It is alleged that the student of class 4 was called by the accused teacher Kailash Chandra, in the pretext of feeding sweets in his office. He then began touching her inappropriately. The little GIRL started yelling because of which the teacher had to let go of her.The GIRL went home and narrated the entire incident to her parents.
