WOMAN burnt alive for resisting RAPE

BADAUN (UP),

A 27-yr-old WOMAN was burnt alive allegedly by her brother-in-law at a village here after she resisted his attempt to RAPE her, the police said today. The incident took place last night when Neelam, a widow, was alone at her house in Labhari, they said, adding that she died on the spot. The police said that the WOMAN'S father has lodged a complaint and a search has been launched to arrest the accused, Jitendra. He has been booked under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code, they said.

In the 19 th century widow  was burnt alive to perform the ritual of "SATI ".What a great achievement the women have in the 21st  century, at least she has got a choice now -get raped or get burnt What a progressive society we are living in! Can we really call it a progress or a shame on humanity?

Teacher in Sambhal arrested for SEXUALLY MOLESTING student in school.

UTTAR-PRADESH, A case of SEXUAL MOLESTATION of an 11- year old by a primary school teacher in Sambhal has emerged.The incident took place in Thana Rajpura area of Sambhal district. It is alleged that the student of class 4 was called by the accused teacher Kailash Chandra, in the pretext of feeding sweets in his office. He then began touching her inappropriately.
