Tutor Found Guilty RAPING 16 Year Girl

The incident came in light when mother of minor girl goes to pay tution fees. At that time the girl was missing. After sometime when the mother came back for enquire her whereabouts, meantime her daughter came out of another room and told her mother about the incident. The case against a tutor has been registered under section 371, 376(2), 506, 423 of IPC and section 4, 6and 8 of POCSO Act. the accused have been arrested.

Teacher in Sambhal arrested for SEXUALLY MOLESTING student in school.

UTTAR-PRADESH, A case of SEXUAL MOLESTATION of an 11- year old by a primary school teacher in Sambhal has emerged.The incident took place in Thana Rajpura area of Sambhal district. It is alleged that the student of class 4 was called by the accused teacher Kailash Chandra, in the pretext of feeding sweets in his office. He then began touching her inappropriately. The little GIRL started yelling because of which the teacher had to let go of her.The GIRL went home and narrated the entire incident to her parents.
