RAPE with Minor Accused, Sentenced 7yrs Imprisonment

Day by day new cases are coming in front of police. Don't know what mindset people have?

Rape case against a minor has been registered against 22 year old boy and Sentenced for an Imprisonment of 7yrs with a fine of Rs.1.12 lakhs. The case has been registered under section 3 & 4 of POCSO Act.

13 year old victim said in her statement that accused assured her to give work and took her in a jungle and MOLESTED her there. Somehow, she tried to escape from there and with the  help of public reached the police.

If this continues how can  parents have faith and allow their girl child to go outside and work?

We are the descendants of Great Mrtyr and Ancestors of this Great Nation want to end war we are fighting with in our society. Let's take a step towards tomorrow to make this world a better place to live in.

Teacher in Sambhal arrested for SEXUALLY MOLESTING student in school.

UTTAR-PRADESH, A case of SEXUAL MOLESTATION of an 11- year old by a primary school teacher in Sambhal has emerged.The incident took place in Thana Rajpura area of Sambhal district. It is alleged that the student of class 4 was called by the accused teacher Kailash Chandra, in the pretext of feeding sweets in his office. He then began touching her inappropriately. The little GIRL started yelling because of which the teacher had to let go of her.The GIRL went home and narrated the entire incident to her parents. The family filed a complaint against the accused teacher, who was later arrested by the police. It is need of the hour to teach minor GIRLS about good touch and bad touch.
