RAPE Case- Langah Moves High Court For Interim Bail

Shiromani Akali Dal leader and former Punjab Minister Sucha Singh Langah approached the Punjab and Haryana High Court seeking interim bail for Rape case registered against him at Gurdaspur  Police Station.

he has also claimed before the High Court that the case against him is a political Vendetta, in desperate to keep him away from campaigning in the forthcoming Gurdaspur parliamentary elections.

Langah was booked by Police on a complaint of a local woman alleging that Akali leader had been repeatedly raping her since 2009. Police has booked Langah on the charges of Rape, Extortion, Cheating, and Criminal Intimidation.

Teacher in Sambhal arrested for SEXUALLY MOLESTING student in school.

UTTAR-PRADESH, A case of SEXUAL MOLESTATION of an 11- year old by a primary school teacher in Sambhal has emerged.The incident took place in Thana Rajpura area of Sambhal district. It is alleged that the student of class 4 was called by the accused teacher Kailash Chandra, in the pretext of feeding sweets in his office. He then began touching her inappropriately.
