10 year old GIRL RAPED: charges framed against younger uncle

Charges were framed in the court today against the younger uncle of a 10-year-old rape victim.

The accused has been charged under Section 376 of the IPC along with Section 6 of the POCSO Act. The next hearing in the case is scheduled for tomorrow.

The DNA report of the accused had proved that he is the father of the victim’s child. The police had initially arrested the victim’s elder uncle as the only accused in the case as the girl had named him. However, his DNA test confirmed that he did not father her child.

The next hearing in the case against the elder uncle is scheduled for October 16.

During the re-investigation, the girl had told the police that the younger uncle also used to rape her. The police arrested him and got his DNA test conducted.

The trial of the two accused will run separately, but a joint judgment will be pronounced as a single FIR has been registered against both accused.

The incident of rape with the minor came to light in July when she complained of stomach ache. She was taken to a hospital where her mother was told that she was pregnant. The victim told her mother that it was her maternal uncle who had committed the act.We are the descendants of Great Mrtyr and Ancestors of this Great Nation want to end war we are fighting with in our society. Teacher in Sambhal arrested for SEXUALLY MOLESTING student in school.

UTTAR-PRADESH, A case of SEXUAL MOLESTATION of an 11- year old by a primary school teacher in Sambhal has emerged.The incident took place in Thana Rajpura area of Sambhal district.
