Sexual Abuse in Schools


The headlines seem unbelievable how can a teacher ,a guru be involved in these kinds of unethical acts. The teacher and school authorities who have to.play a role of protector and character builder . Can they turn out to be the exploitor or the devil?
Unbelievable but these news may make us change our views.
A recent incident of Sikar in Jaipur has made all of us angry and ashamed of what is happening around us. A class XII girl was allegedly raped repeatedly over a period of two months by the director of the school and a teacher in the school premises where she used to be called on the pretext of extra classes. When she became pregnant they forced her  to undergo abortion illegally in Ajeetgarh town in a private clinic.Follwing the abortion the condition of the girl became serious and still she is in  unconscious state.
A case of rape has been registered against the school director and the teacher .No arrest has been made so far as the culprits are absconding.
In Braeilly a nine year old girl was allegedly molested by a school bus conductor. The father of the girl has lodged a complaint against school authorities.According to the father's complaint "The conductor used to touch the girl inappropriately in the bus "The girl told about this to her tuition teacher and this case was brought to the notice of parents.
Seeing this it is decided that NCERT books will include chapters on "good touch and bad touch"
among school children so that these kind of incidents are reported and timely action can be taken.
An Update about the previous case
The case of ten year old mother has once again taken a new turn .Her mamma was accused of sexually abusing her following which she became pregnant and had to give birth to a baby at the tender age of ten. But the DNA report of her uncle has not matched with the new born baby. The police has made teams to investigate the matter . Women cell will counsel the girl once again .A
list of all her friends,Facebook friends,her neighbours, her acquaintances who were close to her is being made. The police will once again go to the jail to investigate her uncle further.
These news will definitely shock us and will mobilise us to do something ,take some actions to fight against these antisocial evils. After all we all want and desire a better place to live. Isn't it?

Teacher in Sambhal arrested for SEXUALLY MOLESTING student in school.

UTTAR-PRADESH, A case of SEXUAL MOLESTATION of an 11- year old by a primary school teacher in Sambhal has emerged.The incident took place in Thana Rajpura area of Sambhal district. It is alleged that the student of class 4 was called by the accused teacher Kailash Chandra, in the pretext of feeding sweets in his office. He then began touching her inappropriately. The little GIRL started yelling because of which the teacher had to let go of her.The GIRL went home and narrated the entire incident to her parents. The family filed a complaint against the accused teacher, who was later arrested by the police. It is need of the hour to teach minor GIRLS about good touch and bad touch.
