Rape Case of Sikar


In a latest development in the rape of the school girl from Sikar ,the Sikar police has arrested school manager from Ajeetgarh and the school teacher from Jaipur Kotputli. On the other hand the victim is still suffering due to the side effect of the drugs given to her during forced abortion.What a pity she has to suffer because of misdeeds of others!
The women commission chief has written a letter to the government to cancel the registration of the school and the licence of the doctor who made her undergo an abortion.
The justice is still awaited.....
Ten year old rape victim
The rape case of the ten year old girl took another turn when SIT arrested another uncle of the victim after  the mentioning of his name  by the victim when she was counselled for three hours by social welfare department team . The ten year old victim gave birth to a baby girl at the Govt. Medical College and Hospital in sector 32 on August 17. The DNA test of the new accused will be conducted.
While these cases are still awaiting a court verdict another cases of rape have been reported
from Palwal village of Jind district in Haryana where a 18_ year _old girl committed suicide after 'gangrape 'as she could not tolerate the threats to her and her family by the accused . Probably she could not bear further humiliation by the accused who instead of feeling ashamed even pasted two handwritten posters in front of her house in which they mentioned objectionable remarks against the girl. Did she have a choice? She might of decided to end her precious life to save the dignity of her parents.Really sad and tragic! Can't we say justice delayed is justice denied?

Teacher in Sambhal arrested for SEXUALLY MOLESTING student in school.

UTTAR-PRADESH, A case of SEXUAL MOLESTATION of an 11- year old by a primary school teacher in Sambhal has emerged.The incident took place in Thana Rajpura area of Sambhal district. It is alleged that the student of class 4 was called by the accused teacher Kailash Chandra, in the pretext of feeding sweets in his office. He then began touching her inappropriately. The little GIRL started yelling because of which the teacher had to let go of her.The GIRL went home and narrated the entire incident to her parents.
