Pradyuman Thakur Murder Case on the GO


The Punjab  and  Haryana High court issued notice to Haryana Government on the anticipatory bail plea filled by the three school trustees of  Ryan International  Public School.The courts have also issued a notice of motion  to Haryana Govt. to look into the matter  and respond .The court has also rejected a stay on the arrests. Bombay High court has already rejected the bail application of the accused.
In another case Madurai court has ordered 55 years of imprisonment and a fine of 12 lakh 32 thousand and 500 for the convicted Headmaster of the government school .He was charged with committing rape of 5 dalit  girls and 15 other girls. This is first case in which any court has given imprisonment  for more than 50  years to any convict.
Inspite of these strict decisions by the courts ,the cases of rape are still being reported everyday.
Case of molestation of IV class girl of Millenium School, Paniput.
Even after so much of discussions and suggestions for safety norms in schools ,the incidents of child abuse are still going on. A case of molestation of a fourth class student by an unknown person has been reported yesterday .The incident took place in the washroom of the school where the child had gone during her exam .She came out of the washroom crying and the parents were called to take the child back home even before the completion of the paper.It was only when the mother noticed the marks of bruises on her daughter's body the matter was brought to light. On inquiry the child narrated the incident . The parents lodged a complaint against unidentified person and the school management. The sweeper of the school is a suspect in this case. The Principal of the school refused to co-operate and give the details of the CCTV footage. Instead she asked the parents to come to school on Thursday.
But still we say our educational institutions are temple of knowledge ! A hard reality to accept in the present scenario..... Till when we will be quite spectators of these evils ?

Teacher in Sambhal arrested for SEXUALLY MOLESTING student in school.

UTTAR-PRADESH, A case of SEXUAL MOLESTATION of an 11- year old by a primary school teacher in Sambhal has emerged.The incident took place in Thana Rajpura area of Sambhal district. It is alleged that the student of class 4 was called by the accused teacher Kailash Chandra, in the pretext of feeding sweets in his office. He then began touching her inappropriately. The little GIRL started yelling because of which the teacher had to let go of her.The GIRL went home and narrated the entire incident to her parents. The family filed a complaint against the accused teacher, who was later arrested by the police. It is need of the hour to teach minor GIRLS about good touch and bad touch.
