Maharashtra girl gang-raped before helpless friend

BHOPAL: A 21-year-old girl from Maharashtra was allegedly gang raped by two men in the Betul district of Madhya Pradesh. The girl, who is a nursing student, hails from Nagpur district of Maharashtra.
She had come to Hasalpur to meet her male friend. “On Wednesday evening, when the two met on the Ramtekri hillock, four men (also from the same village) spotted them,” said Betul district superintendent of police D Teniwar on Friday.
Two of them thrashed the boy, while the other two dragged the girl to a nearby place and raped her taking turns. After getting away from the clutches of the men, the girl and the boy, with the help of local residents, called the police.
By Friday, all four accused were arrested
